One Year Guarantee:
This puppy has no known physical/congenital defects. We do not sell puppies that
are sick, injured or suffer from any known genetic defects. If within the first year
of the puppy’s life, the puppy is diagnosed by a certified veterinarian and verified
by the breeders veterinarian as having a life-threatening genetic defect that
is not treatable, the buyer will have a healthy replacement puppy at no charge. All
expenses associated with the return of the puppy are the responsibility
of the buyer. In the event of death due to a congenital defect, an autopsy must be
performed and a lab report done to determine cause of death. This is to be done
by a licensed veterinarian of the breeders choice. If it is found that the puppy
was abused in any way, this guarantee is void.

Refund Policy first 3 days:
It is the buyers responsibility to submit the puppy to a veterinarian
for a complete health assessment, at the buyers expense, within 3 days
following receipt of the puppy, otherwise this full contract/guarantee
is void. If the veterinarian finds the puppy to have a genetic defect, a full refund
or replacement will be given whichever the buyer chooses to do.

Reversion Policy:
Should buyer be unable or unwilling to care for the puppy during its
lifetime for any reason whatsoever, the breeder is to be notified and
the breeder will have first opportunity to either take the puppy back or
find a suitable home for the puppy. My goal as a breeder is to ensure
the proper care of all the puppies I place. If you, or the puppy are not
happy, neither am I. No refund will be given. Should the breeder need to
bring the puppy back and find another home for the puppy the original
buyer will be given the new sale price minus any expenses that were
incurred by the breeder until the re-sale of the puppy.

Comments/Additions/Modifications:

Have your veterinarian check the puppy’s teeth at 6-8 months to see if
removal of retained puppy teeth is necessary. If retained teeth need to
be removed, this is usually done at the time of spaying/neutering.
Do not expose the puppy to unvaccinated dogs or allow puppy to run in
parks or other places dogs go until 10 days after their last vaccination.

During the transition period of going to a new home, puppies can
exhibit temporary signs of illness due to stress that may include
sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, diarrhea, constipation, etc. If your
puppy had diarrhea, please contact your veterinarian immediately.
Dehydration is very serious in small breeds and must be treated
immediately. Your puppy may also experience hypoglycemia due to stress.
To help reduce stress, feed the puppy the identical food as the breeder
and offer bottled water. Limit play time to short intervals (about 20
minutes) and do not allow to cry for long periods (more than 30
minutes). Introduce them slowly to the household and give them time to
bond with the family before introducing strangers, children and other
animals. Should your puppy display signs of hypoglycemia, administer
Nutri-Cal immediately. You can also give them a little Nutri-Cal shortly
after play time or prolonged crying or any time you may think they are
under stress. This supplement will not harm them in any way. All provisions of this
agreement between buyer and breeder are embodied
within this written contract. This signed contract voids any agreements,
arrangements, modifications, promises, warranties or guarantees made or
understood by either party that are not expressed within this written
contract.
